O2 Load & Go Card with No Application FeesThe O2 Load and Go Card will assist you in budgeting your daily spending by only allowing you to spend what you top up on to your O2 card. O2 Visa Card With a O2 Load and Go card, you can load up to £1800 this is as O2 have not verified your details. You can load money onto a O2 Load and Go card online using a UK debit card and load money online, or you can put cash onto your card at O2 shops, any independent retailer or petrol station that show either the PayPoint or e-pay signs or anywhere you see a PayPoint or e-pay sign. Once you get your O2 Load & Go Card you will need to activate your card you can do this by. Activate your O2 Load& Go Card OnlineGo to o2 website and sign in. Once signed in, click on the 'My card' tab. If the status is 'inactive', click on 'activate'. You'll be asked to confirm the last three digits of your card security code.Activate your O2 Load and Go Card By phoneCall 10202 from your O2 mobile (it's free, as long as you're in the UK). Choose the option to activate your card. You'll be asked for the long number on the front of the card and your four-digit access code. Setting up your Access Code for O2 Load and Go Card Your Access code is a four-digit code that you choose when you sign up for your O2 Money card. It's for added security and you'll need it to check your balance by phone. O2 also ask you for it if you call us about your O2 Money card. Your access code is not the same as your PIN number (which allows you to withdraw cash at ATM cash machines and use Chip & PIN machines in stores). You'll receive your PIN in the post once you've finished applying for your card. You should use different four digit numbers for your PIN code and your access code Using O2 Load and Go Abroad You can use your O2 Load and Go almost anywhere that takes Visa but O2 can not guarantee it willl always be accepted abroad. There's a 2.75% charge for using your card abroad. Standard restrictions will apply (for example for hotel reservations or pay-at-pump petrol stations).

Checking your Prepaid Card Balance By text : You can get a text with your balance sent to your O2 mobile every time you load, spend or withdraw money. To stop your mobile updates go to o2 website To request a free balance update anytime, text 'Balance' followed by a space and your four digit access code (chosen when you applied online) to 10202 from your O2 mobile (e.g. 'Balance 1234') and we'll text you back with your available balance. By phone : Call 10202 from your O2 phone for your latest balance and transactions. It's free, as long as you're in the UK. Online : Go to the 'My card' pages at o2 Website. O2 Load and Go Loading Limits If you've got a O2 Load and Go card, and O2 have not verified your details, You can load up to £100 a day, £500 a week or £1,800 a year. £1,800 is the most you can have on your card at any time. |
